A soilder obays his commanders oorders to shoot an unarmed mother and child. Would you forgive the soilder? I would. If he would have said no tohis commander he would have been disonarbly discharged, if that would have tohappen he would not be able to get a job very easily and would not get any benifits. The soilder may have a family and with no job or benifits that means no money and a struggling family, he wold no longer be able to support his family. My father is in the military.. i would support him.
Though I agree that you should forgive them, noit being able to find a job is no reason to shoot and kill two other defenseless people. If th commander was going to shoot and kill him and them i could see why he would save himself. But for a job? I am sorry but that woukd not be a reason for him to do that.
ReplyDeletei agree with isaac but if he is a soldier he want to die for his country. he should stand up for them and say no to his commander even if it means getting shot. Shows that he has courage. thats more forgivable than him shooting them. and a job has nothing to do with this topic to me.
ReplyDeleteTHIS IS BIAS(spelling?)!!!lol no jk i agree katie(not only because i dont know how else to start this) in the fact that he should be forgiven, but kaylaa i know several people who are in the army only for the benefits. I also know that if i was going to die for something i would want it to be worth it, and dying because you did not obey orders is not something i would practicly commit suicide for.
ReplyDeleteThank you cody for agreeing, we are a military family so we understand what would happen and what wouldent. Isaac and i dont know if you have people in the military in your family.. i dont understand what your saying, i think you didnt understand my point..?
ReplyDeleteYou have no idea how hard it would of been for his entire family if he would not of listened to his commander. Also you have no idea what that commander said to him. He could of told him he was gunna kill him and his family if he didnt. So you have no clue. I think you would of done the same in this situation.
ReplyDeleteAlthough the soldier had no choice but to do as he commander said to do, i do not agree with the fact that he shot defenceless people. I would forgive the soldier for that life is all about forgiveness.
ReplyDeleteTravis: Thats my point, theres no story behind whats really going on and what the true outcome could be.
ReplyDeleteCody: I dont agree with killing defenceless people also, but how do we now for sure they didnt do something and we just wernt told so?
